3. How much will I pay for shipping?
It depends on the weight of your order and country, where you would like us to ship your parcel. You can check the cost of shipping in our store. Please put all needed items into basket. Then click "shopping cart" or "view cart" - you will be able to estimate shipping and taxes then. You can choose between Global Expres, Trackable and Priority post. Global Express is fully trackable, very fast shipping, available for parcels till 2 kilograms. Trackable is fully trackable, priority shipment. Priority post is not always trackable in all countries, although it is registered, priority shipment.
4. How long it takes to receive an order?
It depends on country of destination. In Europe parcels usually reach the destination in 3-6 days. Delivery time to USA and Canada is usually about 6-8 days. To Australia and New Zealand it could be 12-20 days.
5. How can I pay for my order?
We accept wire payment and PayPal.
6. I forgot my password - what should I do?

7. I received a Coupon Code/Gift Voucher - how can I use it?
When you choose, what you would like to buy and put all items in your basket, at checkout you will have visible options - "Use coupon code" and "Use Gift Voucher". Please choose one, depending on the code you received, and follow the instructions.
